Customer Service Specialist

This opportunity entails working with a leading Rental Equipment Construction firm that specializes in providing trench safety and traffic control solutions. Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM

In this impactful role as a Customer Service Specialist, we're seeking individuals who excel at interpersonal communication, thrive both independently and within a team, adeptly manage high call volumes, and remain composed under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excel at multitasking and adaptability, and be willing to undertake additional responsibilities such as filing, product research, and invoice reconciliation when needed.
