In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by completing administrative and clerical tasks. You'll also help clients through every step of the sales process, answering any questions or concerns they may have while ensuring orders are processed, tracked, and shipped efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented and organized, possess excellent customer service experience, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office and experience with MRP/ERP is a must, while experience with Salesforce and/or sales logic is a plus. Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings Assisting management team members and executives as needed Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other critical data Creating and processing sales in a timely manner Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required Company Description PrideStaff is a national staffing service founded in 1978 with over 80 locations nationwide.
