The Customer Service Specialist position supports our customers with any issues, concerns, and questions they may have regarding Market Leader products via phone, email, and chat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls and chat with and listen to customers' concerns and questions, and then respond accordingly.

  • Write professional responses to agent emails and chat using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Use prewritten templates, when appropriate.

  • Assess technical issues and identify solutions.

  • Responsible for placing outbound calls to customers to walk them through Market Leader products, including answering tier 1 and some tier 2 technical support questions.

  • Efficiently respond to customer emails and chat at all times, maintaining composure during challenging situations.

  • Back up other customer care specialists by making outbound calls to registered visitors of our customers' websites during peak times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred.

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent working knowledge of the internet, web browsers, email, MS Excel, MS Word, and Windows.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be comfortable making outbound calls when necessary.

  • Ability to pass a credit and background check.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.

They are primarily responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and accurately processing transactions, which includes new orders and returns & exchanges while following the Best Buy selling-skills sales process. This role requires customer follow up, which will include working in Order Management System (OMS) queue & alerts, escalation management, scheduling deliveries, and reviewing purchase orders or validating stock levels.
