A Customer Service Specialist is a key customer facing employee who delivers our financial services to customers (dealers/auctions). We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer oriented specialist to provide the best quality of service in our industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop a thorough understanding of AFC policies, processes and procedures relative to loan processing (floorplanning) and securing the loans. Respond to dealer inquiries regarding AFC's products and services.

Mail or deliver titles to dealers. Collect payments. Seamlessly, utilize various systems to track dealer accounts and sales opportunities. Foster long-term relationships with auction partners.


Educational Requirements and

Qualifications:

Some post high school course work in related field is preferred. Prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred.

Familiarity with concepts, procedures and processes typically used in automotive and financial services industries. Preparation or review of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and internal work queues are major components of the position. Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral, and written language skills.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Motor vehicle operator (required); notary (desired).

VIEW JOBS 10/26/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-24T00:00 JOB SUMMARY: This position serves in a key role for the Network Solutions team. Principle duties include provision of superior customer service to our carriers; supporting the creation and maintenance of MCO. In addition, this role is responsible for the aggregation and reporting of audit data and other management information including data pulled from CorVel's proprietary systems. This position will also assist with certain administrative duties for the department. While this position will support the entire Network Solutions team, it will report directly into the AVP, DVP. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide support for Network Solutions Team * Set up/Arrange meetings, take meeting minutes, collaborate agendas * Assist with project duties * Maintain project calendar(s) * Address Carrier MCO data issues * Disseminate among field and act as resource for any questions * Run regular reports for Carriers, EC Clients and State Regulators. * Monthly/Bi-weekly reports for Carriers etc as needed * Track provider Audits * Record external and internal audits into database * Update provider Data * Monthly / weekly follow ups on expired, missing or needed data * Act as Resource to PPO Development Teams * Address coding questions * Update and maintain Provider info pages * Compile State and jurisdictional reports * Design and maintenance of MCO SharePoint site for field reference * Design and maintenance of MCO SharePoint site for internal reference by the department * Attend and provide input at State Regulatory meetings. * Other duties as assigned.
