What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

As a Customer Service Supply Specialist, you will focus on delivering excellence in customer relations through the receipt, processing, and expediting and on-time delivery goals for all customers' orders.

  • Manage sales order entry, agree on acceptable lead-times with all relevant production sites and negotiate improvements when needed.

  • Communicate timely lead-times, delays, challenges and changes to customers while maintaining customer confidence.

  • Responsible for the collection and input of accurate customer forecast figures by the manufacturing plant and coordinating information with the sales team.

  • When applicable per site, follow-up on delivering and invoicing process.

  • Prepare monthly report of portfolio of orders.

  • Ensure accuracy of orders received from clients. Verify requirements have been met and that Sales has provided all necessary documentation and specifications.

  • Work closely with Sales to review client requirements, open orders and client portfolios in general, as well as the services/tooling orders, pricing and new projects.

  • Work closely with Planning, Logistics and Warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.

  • Resolve customer issues related to sales order management with appropriate departments.

  • Visit selected customers to review demand and logistics.

  • Work with Accounts Receivable / Credit management and Sales to resolve payment issues.

  • Work with Quality and Sales to follow-up on Return Authorizations and manage the Replacement orders according to the agreed upon terms.

  • Responsible for Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP based on information provided by Sales

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service in a manufacturing company.

  • 1-3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, Traffic and/or Logistics a plus.

  • Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Independent self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Thoroughness and the ability to provide strong attention to details.

  • Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues and stakeholders

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships to achieve goals

  • Growth and continuous improvement mindset

Diagnoses electronic, mechanical, software and system failures, using established procedures provided by our highly rated service training department. This job may include any aspect of field support, including hardware, software, PC's, and wireless networking. Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) POSITION – requires electrical and mechanical experience DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibility will be to install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial products that include, but are not limited to; printing and packaging equipment, X-ray machines, cash recycling products, mailing and sorting machines, credit card embossing and processing and any other applicable third-party accessories attached as part of the system. * Schedule and perform regular predictive/preventive maintenance inspections on equipment. * Provide support by managing parts inventory, customer service calls and preventative maintenance schedules. * Foster positive customer relations and a high degree of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with customers. * Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments/functions of the company. May need to provide an "on call" level of service up to seven (7) day/week twenty-four (24) hour/day for emergency customer assistance; respond to emergency and non-scheduled calls for service within established response time goals. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High School graduate with 2 year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training with 1+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires strong electronics and mechanical background, understanding of computer program functionality and software troubleshooting skills. Associate degree a plus. ADDITIONAL SKILLS * Ability to use standard and specialized hand, power and diagnostic tools and measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM, gauges, etc. * Thorough understanding of mechanical concepts * Good analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills; ability to read and interpret technical drawing and documentation * Strong interpersonal/customer relations skills; the ability to influence positive outcomes; the ability to effectively resolve conflict internally and externally. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their operations and instilling confidence with effective proactive communication.
