Title: Customer Service Specialist - Contingent Location:
Irving, TX Duration:06 month contract, with a hybrid work schedule In office for the first 30 days then 5 days in office followed by 5 days remote Start date: ASAP Interview: Video / Onsite Pay rate: $32/Hr on w2 without benefits.
Utilizes securities-related regulatory precepts and practices to review, analyze, and address escalated operational and service complaints from multiple sources within WIM, including Branches and clients. Under general supervision, coordinates with WIM contacts to develop, negotiate, and deliver verbal and written resolutions to clients, including regular direct phone communications and written ad hoc correspondence. Manages, organizes, and prioritizes work pipeline to deliver within service level agreements, production standards, and quality expectations.
Demonstrates high ethical standards and commitment to a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer contact/service in financial services, administrative support, underwriting, quality assurance, brokerage operations, client account supervision, risk, and compliance. Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 exam to qualify.
Highly Desired Qualifications: Motivated self-starter. Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
