ARCH Language Network is a language interpretation and translation agency based in Little Canada, MN with additional offices located throughout Minnesota. We provide interpreting, translation, and scheduling services for hospitals, clinics, schools, legal, social services, and business environments.
As a Customer Service Scheduling Representative, the ideal candidate will help assist with hundreds of daily interpreter requests from a multitude of clients. If you are passionate about helping others, have a knack for critical thinking while working for a growing company, you are the person we are looking for!
Monday-Friday 9-5 Shift
Assist in answering calls for new and current clients.
Communicate with team members, managers and clients effectively and efficiently.
Meet operational goals regarding interpreter requests and fulfillment.
Data entry of requests.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze time sensitive situations and respond in a timely manner.
Must be proficient in computer applications including word and processing email.
Pay Dependent on Experience
Must adhere to HIPAA Compliance
