Immediate opening for Customer Service, Scheduler and Records Management position. Responsibilities included handling incoming inquiries through web, internet, phone and email Additionally, the position is responsible for scheduling customers and managing our Field Staff's schedules and routes along with entering and managing records data in companys CRM programs. These programs include ACT, Quickbooks, Smart Service, BrioStack and Pest Routes.
This position is an integral part of the Seal Out Scorpions daily operations. The position is full time, working out of our Training Facility /Office located in a Tempe custom home, residential neighborhood. We offer a family type working environment and provide 5-star customer service. Position acts as liaison between sales, customer service and field staff.
Requirement include a positive attitude with desire to learn and excel in position. Must be a self-starter and good independent worker. Must be inquisitive, ask lots of questions and ability to see big picture objectives. Must be able to work consistently without having outside distractions of one's personal cell phone and social media accounts. Good knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area cities is helpful and/or ability to memorize the Valley's zip codes. Desire to learn basic science of home structures and pest management principles. Ability and desire to conduct various research activities, create various reports and assist in basic sales activities.
Ability to work efficiently with Outlook, Word and Excel
