If you love interacting with people and you're interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Network and develop leads Establish contact with prospects and schedule appointments Stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Meet with prospective customers Meet with existing customers to perform policy reviews Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Conduct sales presentations Solicit referrals and follow up on sales leads generated from networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Professional phone etiquette Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude Bilingual preferred but not necessary About Company Our Culture:
