Customer Service Sales Representative The Sales Representative, Emerging Markets Accounts is supervised by the Sales Supervisor, and directly reports to the Director of Sales, and is responsible for performing their duties on a professional level in supporting Sales. This is a non-exempt position.

Pay: $19.00 Benefits Upon Hiring: Medical package that includes: Health, Dental, Vision PTO Accrual 80 hours initially per year Wellness Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement 401k Duties but are not limited to the following:

Develop achievable and measurable strategic sales plans in coordination with the Sales Supervisor, Emerging Markets Accounts, and the Director of Sales to drive sales growth and profits. Receive and qualify inbound prospect inquiries, ascertain client needs, describe product features and benefits, answer client queries, and ultimately sell Entertainment Earth products. Enter client orders received via incoming telephone calls, emails, and web orders.

Establish, maintain, and grow smaller accounts by providing excellent service, including handling product queries, pricing, and communication towards claims resolution for the mutual benefit of EED and the client's concern. Share, learn, and collaborate with team members and the manager to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive great team results and success. Actively engage in ongoing product, system, and sales training opportunities.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years related experience or internships in customer-facing selling environments Bilingual - English- Spanish Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.25 - $19.25 Per Hour
