Kaizen is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to connect with potential customers in a face-to-face setting and promote our clients' products and services.

This position is in partnership with Renewal by Andersen. RbA is a full-service window-replacement division of the 120-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America. RbA was founded with a mission to redefine the industry and to offer a different—and better—window-replacement experience.

We’re looking for TOP Field Sales Specialists to add to our highly successful and growing sales force.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting product presentations to potential customers and explaining the features and benefits
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
• Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Indianapolis, In territory.
• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory.
• Work independently, always representing Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
• Report to our office in Indianapolis, IN for training at least once a month.

We are looking for candidates who are confident, outgoing, and able to work independently. While previous sales experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who is passionate about sales and eager to learn.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• High Energy/Outgoing Personality
• Experience in sales or canvassing preferred, but willing to train
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude through rejection
• Multitasking skills
