$16/hr.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Overtime as needed

About the Customer Service Resolution Agent role

As a member of the Problem Resolution Agent Team, you would answer questions about invoices and address any problems that the client or vendor have. You will print, fold and meter checks daily.

Along with that you would take calls from time to time. Enjoy weekends off and excellent health benefits.

Our Problem Resolution Agent are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and customer service skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.

Requirements

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $23,560- $29,450.
