Our client operates a comfortable call-center office that provides non-profit services to construction, utilities and government organizations.
Answer customer calls, input and retrieve computer data, and provide general customer assistance to member callers. Training is conducted full-time during the day, after which an afternoon and rotating weekend schedule will be assigned.
Shifts: 9:00am 5:30pm, 10:00am
7:30pm and 12:00pm
Computer proficiency, accurate keyboard and spelling abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and 2+ years of office experience.
Must also be able to effectively interpret directions and maps, and pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Positions are long-term, temporary opportunities working through Staff Right Services. Employees become eligible for annual raises, bonus opportunities, and direct employment based on quality, performance, and attendance.
