Looking for meaningful work helping others in a call center environment? Kelly is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a premier healthcare employer in Coon Rapids, MN.

Do good work and make a difference in your community Customer Service Representative Overview: Pay: $20.88/ hour Work location: onsite in Coon Rapids, MN Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule between 7:00am – 8:00pm, including weekends. You will have two consecutive days off per work week.

Paid training for the first 8 weeks is from 8:00am- 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. After training, your regular schedule will be assigned and will include weekends. Temporary to permanent opportunities after approximately 3 months, with full benefits once hired permanent.

Professional and fun work environment with sit/stand desks Your customer service duties will include: Patient scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service. Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public in a high-volume call center environment.

Ensure data entries are accurate and complete. Problem-solve while showing empathy. Communicate well in straight-forward situations.

These customer service roles would be a great fit if you have: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Call center customer service experience Exceptional communication skills. 1 years of phone-based customer service experience.
