Title: Customer Service Representative/Helpdesk personnel
Position Type: 6 months
Location: Norfolk, VA
Shift Hours: Varied Day/Nights/Weekends (Part time, 20 hours per week)
Handle transactions/inquiries and answer customer questions.
Must be able to quickly decipher the customer's needs, come up with the best solution, then clearly communicate that solution to the customer.
Must have the knowledge to answer most client questions or be able to refer them to the people that do have the answers.
May offer products that the customer could utilize based on call subject.
Solid communication skills to calm angry customers by listening to them, then leading them to the solution that best works for them.Qualifications:
Call Center Experience required
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work well independently
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and decision making skills
Demonstrated dependability and initiative
Flexibility and positive attitude
Strong Multi-tasking skills
Prior experience on selfdirected work team
Spanish Speaking is a plus
French/Canadian Speaking is a plus
2 years customer service experience in financial services is a plus
