Customer Service Representative/Admin Assistant

This position is based in Quakertown, PA and will be 100% in office with a Monday-Friday schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Purpose: Take direction, assist in general clerical support, email, and call correspondence, and maintain and update electronic project files.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service.

• Email Correspondence.

• Basic Data Entry.

• Invoices

• Collection of past due accounts.

• Assist the office manager with clerical duties.

• Must be willing to wear multiple hats.

• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.

• Provide Customer Updates and Status

• Collect information from Management Team for updating files.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent

• 3 years' experience in an office support position

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Time management and problem-solving skills.

• Stable work history

• Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company's Core Values
