Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose

This position will support onboarding of new customers through the accurate and timely

management of new contract setups and new master data setups in SAP.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Master Data Maintenance. Address, D&B Matching

  • New Contract Setup including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow

  • Review submissions for compliance with policies and procedures

  • New Contract Creation supporting multiple offerings.

  • Contract maintenance.

  • PO updates, Scan and Upload

  • Parts and Pricing

  • Contacts

  • Equipment deployed

  • Dates

  • Notes

  • Billing Plans

  • Cancellations and Terminations-of-service

  • Create and Modify PM Orders

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Education / Experience / Background

  • 3 years customer care experience. Preferably related to master data and contracts.
  • 3 years SAP experience or equivalent ERP system.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage and track multiple activities.

  • Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures to daily work.

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and email software.

  • Effective Communication Skills.

  • Professional interactions with internal and external customers.
