The Customer Service Representative is someone who is customer focused and who exhibits impeccable professionalism with both internal and external customer interactions.

Starting salary range $16 - $17 based on experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and answer questions regarding service/installation/central station/billing, etc.

  • Follow-up to solve problems by scheduling work orders or notifying the appropriate departments of issues.

  • Check to ensure action was taken to resolve customers' issues.

  • Record customer interactions/resolutions/details of complaint in computer system.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years call center experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • High school equivalent required
