Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming inquiries via phone, fax and e-mail from customers on orders, products, pricing and tracking information

  • Enter customer orders

  • Process and resolve customer complaints including entering appropriate information into the system

  • Investigate shipping discrepancies and shortages, enter information in error log, and issue credits as needed.

  • Process return requests from customers including issuing Return Material Authorizations and processing required credits.

  • Train on quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy and applicable procedures and work instructions.

  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Highly prefer some college or Associate Degree

  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience

  • Excellent Oral and written communication Skills

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Work and keyboard skills
