WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for an experienced representative responsible for growing sales by engaging customers, closing the sale, and finding a solution for your customers' upcoming move day. This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!

• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services

• Ask open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations

• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate

• Make recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications

• Continually maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and effectively oppose any customer objections

• Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

• Contribute to the success of the TEAM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving ability

• Professional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on life

• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related field is preferred

• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen

• A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required; outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is preferred

• Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
