In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $16 - $18/hour + monthly bonuses

• Average first year earning potential: $42,000+

• Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 8:00am

• 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 8:00am

• 12:00pm

What You'll Do

This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!

• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service

• Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services

• Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations

• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate

• Makes recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications

• Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and oppose any customer objections

• Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

• All other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving ability

• Professional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on life

• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

• A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred

• Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs

• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
