Job Description:

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Creates Travelers for Stock and RMA Orders

  • Creates new part records when applicable.

  • Recommits Delivery Dates in Fast Trak periodically.

  • Contains all MMRs in the MMR database.

  • Downloads data from FTP sites and load them in our internal drive

  • Maintains stock order section clean in order and moves them out to Final Inspection as needed

  • Main point of contact between Sales and Manufacturing

  • Responsible for re-commits to CSR's

  • Supports Shipping when needed

  • Supports Customer Service Lead with the always growing Hamilton Account

  • Hamilton Weekly Reports from FastTrak

  • Hamilton Portal Management:

  • Pull PO's and reports

  • Add airbill numbers

  • Update dock dates

  • Supports All CSRs with Order Entry and quotes

  • Change Orders

  • Status Reports

  • RMA Request

  • Receptionist Back-Up

  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, success driven individual with:

  • 0-1 year customer service support/administrative experience

  • High school/GED

  • Working knowledge of software applications

  • Familiar with general office duties

  • Able to type with accuracy

  • Awareness of ISO 9001 standards is preferred

  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
