Touchstone is looking for a bright, friendly, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be ready to tackle all aspects of customer service from start to finish including but not limited to managing phone calls, emails, and troubleshooting order issues. They will be required to resolve product or service problems and clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem then selecting and executing the best solution. Must be ready to jump in and assist where needed.

Roles and


-Manage all customer service phone calls and return voicemails daily

-Return all customer service emails promptly and courteously

- Manage all exchanges and returns

-Manage inventory as related to exchanges and returns

-Troubleshoot any issues that arise from order to delivery

Required Skills:

- Zendesk expirience prefered

-excellent verbal and written communications skills

-the ability to multi task

-Strong organizational and time-management skills

-Process a strong sense of detail-orientation

-Must be a team player- willing to pitch in when needed

-Have a friendly and calm demeanor


-Must be at least 18 years old

-1+ years of experience

-Must have a High School Diploma or GED

-Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

-Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check

-Competitive Compensation - $13-14.50hr depending on experience
