Customer Service Representative

After Hour Animal Hospital located in beautiful North Little Rock, Arkansas is hiring a full-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist to join our AMAZING team!

We are an emergency hospital that is open week nights and weekends. We are a fully equipped veterinary hospital with radiology, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, endoscopy, and a surgery suite. This role requires you to be customer service and detail oriented as well as having excellent multi-tasking ability.

Weekend availability is required.

Veterinary Receptionist Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones

• Presenting diagnostic and treatment estimates to client

• Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts

• Consistently provide exceptional customer service

• Detailed cleaning of the facility

Veterinary Receptionist Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required

• Vet med experience required

• Team player

• Self-driven accountability for learning

• Positive attitude

• Conflict resolution skills

• Self-starter
