As a Bank Customer Service Representative, associates are required to work within defined guidelines, to facilitate service conversations on Banking

  • Auto Loans line of business or product set. In this role, associates are expected to collect requirements and respond with relevant solutions through client defined parameters to process auto loan applications to complete the loan funding process.

Experience Required 0 to 2 years of experience in any contact center

0 to 2 years of experience in any contact center, customer care or Administrative task. Fresher's acceptable

Technical/Functional

Skills · Customer service skills with good written, verbal communication skills and comprehension · Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members by phone to process banking requests and provide information based on set procedures (Inbound/Outbound) · Provide operational support to members with their Banking

  • Auto Loans line of business or product Review accounts and processes transactions that may require action. · Identify and confirm the member's immediate request(s) and works to resolve issues. · Explore member's needs and recommend funding an outstanding Loan. · Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality through member interactions. · Identify and handle existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role. Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. · Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities · To have good data entry skills · Expertise in Banking Lending process will be an additional advantage

Roles and Responsibilities Maintain monthly performance measurements. TAT's, production goals, compliance/regulatory, and customer satisfaction.

Generic Managerial Skills · Analytical and problem-solving skills. · Good with Analytical skills

  • Should have decent understanding on how to perform Risk assessment & Investigative skills. · Requires organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification High School Diploma OR GED
