Position Overview:

As a CSR, you will work closely with our sales team, demonstrating your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage and cultivate relationships with both existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through telephone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing outstanding service.

  • Quoting and Estimating: Generate quotes and estimates for incoming order inquiries with precision and efficiency.

  • Order Processing: Collaborate with the production team to accurately process incoming orders and assess fulfillment timelines.

  • Sample Requests: Handle customer requests for samples, design work, and other related inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Order Coordination: Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure on-time delivery of larger orders.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate professionally with Sales and Manufacturing teams to address customer account issues.

  • Professional Representation: Uphold a positive and professional image, embodying the values of SupremeX in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Associates degree or relevant work experience required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Dynamics AX.

  • Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business environment.

  • Communication: Enthusiastic communication style with a positive demeanor both internally and externally.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand written instructions, write legibly, use a ruler, and possess basic math skills.

  • Professionalism: Punctual, team player, and a strong customer focus.
