Customer Service Representative

Hours: 7am

• 4pm, Monday

• Friday

Customer Service Representative job tasks:

• Manage daily orders placed by branches for products supplied by the ADC.

• Build truckload shipments on scheduled delivery days and communicate with the Transportation Department on any special deliveries for freight quotes.

• Review each transfer order for material status/availability, manage backorders, and assist branch staff with questions regarding their orders.

• Communicate with branch staff regarding any problems/concerns/changes with their orders.

• Create pick tickets and distributions to ADC warehouse shipping supervisors and assist branch staff with any changes to their orders.

• Schedules LTL carriers and processes LTL Bills of Ladings, invoices, and files all completed pick tickets and invoices.

• Work with branch and ADC staff on shipments/invoice errors and corrections.

• Fill in for CSR while they are out and assist the branches of the CSR that are out.

Qualifications: College degree or high school diploma with three years of customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Possesses problem-solving skills to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Must possess strong leadership skills and have excellent attendance at current or previous employment. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
