Customer Service Representative

Leading national Logistics provider seeking a Customer Service Representative for their growing operation in Port Allen, LA! This is an onsite position with multiple shifts available for 1st and 2nd shift. Pay is dependent on experience and shift.

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: 4 days on 4 days off 5am

• 5pm & 5pm

• 5am

Day in the Life:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Keys to Success:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• 1-year related experience preferably within a warehouse environment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
