Customer Service Representative

Do you have a passion for helping others? Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ruston, LA.

Schedule: 8am

• 5pm, Monday

• Friday

Salary: $45,000/yr. (Depends on experience and certification)

Customer Service Representative daily tasks:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships

• Managing or assist in managing personal lines accounts

• Scheduling appointments

• Preparing applications

• Obtaining and reviewing quotes

• Checking policies

• Requesting endorsements, marketing renewals, and managing claims

Qualifications: Two year of customer service experience. Entry level with bachelor's degree and willingness to acquire personal lines license.
