Customer Service Representative

Have you acquired good data entry and telephone communication skills and are ready for the next step on your career path in customer service? Staffmark has partnered with a family-owned company to hire an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in Franklin, TN. If you have at least three years of customer service experience along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, you are the candidate we are looking for!

Pay: $20 per hour

Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday (Opportunity for overtime including some weekends/holidays)

Essential Functions:

• Ensures all external and internal customers receive a concierge level of customer service.

• Serves as a representative to all external customers.

• Engage with high-value clients to schedule service calls accurately, and efficiently.

• Will use computers, telephones, and other office equipment.

• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
