Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $21/hr.

Essential tasks:

Maintain clear and timely communication by providing regular updates and responding to queries. Be transparent by sharing detailed delivery plans with customers. Listen actively to address concerns promptly, seek feedback to improve, and offer on-demand packaging to meet individual needs. Ensure outstanding service through efficient handling of inquiries, order tracking, and complaint resolution. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
