Customer Service Representative - St. Cloud, MN

As a Customer Service Representative for Spee-Dee Delivery, you are responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, service and concerns.

Hours and Wages:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
• Starting wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Confers with customers via telephone or email in order to trace packages, arrange deliveries or to obtain details of complaints or compliments

• Contacts customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments

• Acts as a liaison between customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues

• Communicates with the claims department and branch managers to resolve discrepancies

• Retrieves manifests and other shipper information to aid the process of tracing shipments

• Documents and records mis-deliveries, follow-ups, and alternate delivery addresses

• Obtains customer feedback information

• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Customer service, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Work requires basic computer knowledge

• Professional telephone etiquette and good listening skills

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
