The right individualwill provide exemplary service to our customers,handle monetary transactions, answer phones, and answer a variety of questions for our guests.
May be required to work at the indoor facility, the Golden Community Center or the outdoor facility, Splash Aquatic Park.Work schedule may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Handle monetary transactions which include daily admissions, annual passes, punch cards and general merchandise sales.
Close out and balance cash drawers at shifts end.
Answer phones, provide information and answer a variety of questions for guests.
Provide custodial assistance as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must be 18 years of age by date of hire. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
Experience working with youth and experience working at a recreation facility preferred. Knowledge of RecTrac software helpful.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification desired or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
