Individuals will need to communicate efficiently and follow up thoroughly with accuracy. Experience is not necessary. We will teach and mold you to succeed in the tough international business world; you bring the willingness and eagerness to learn and grow. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high level detailed accuracy while preserving customer satisfaction.
We are a small team that builds close, unique relationships with our customers and their orders. Our business is international, everyday experiences include: understanding foreign markets, products, customs regulations, cultures, and languages. We are involved in the global market and can witness effects on a world wide scale. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and adaptable to new challenges, have strong critical thinking skills, and be able to work within our high standard team efforts.
SAP software familiarity, International Business Relations, and Supply chain knowledge will have a great advantage. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
