Snap-on Credit, a world class provider of innovative tool and equipment acquisition solutions to Snap-on and its customers, is seeking qualified customer service candidates for our Libertyville, IL office.
Primary responsibility is to provide customer service and support to field sales personnel.
Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnel
Customer application and contract administration including exercising proper due diligence of documentation and audits
Accurate entry and resolution of transactional information received into designated systems
Four year college degree
One to three years of finance company related experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload with multiple tasks
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build effective relationships and be a team player
Meet or exceed targeted call quality assurance and other performance requirements
Analytical problem solving skills
Working Environment/Hours: 10:30am-7:00pm Mon Fri, must be flexible with working hours and an occasional Saturday. Office environment.
