Handles all customer requests for service via telephone, email, web, chat or face to face interactions. Responsible for collection of customer accounts receivable.
Resolves customer inquiries or complaints on products, services, or billing issues. May perform other administrative functions for the department. Daily contact with customers in a call center environment, staff, agents, and other departments regarding service requests, billing payments, troubles, and reports. Some record keeping is required.
a. High School or equivalent
b. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment. Cable TV, Internet, and Phone experience a plus.
