CHS has an exciting seasonal opportunity in our Country Operations Division for a Customer Service Representative to partner with our Agronomy team and work this spring/summer. This individual will provide excellent customer service to our customers. You must be customer focused, able to make decisions, and work independently within a team atmosphere. You must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Position hours are from 30 to 40 per week..
Assist customers with information on products, programs, and order status.
Provide customer support regarding invoicing, disputes, investigations and invoicing corrections.
Process invoices and sales transactions and resolve any issues with billing and/or vendors.
Support delivery scheduling as needed.
Order office supplies through approved vendor.
Gain an understanding of pricing structure on bids to support pricing coverage as needed.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Associate's degree in accounting, business, or related field
1 plus years of customer service experience, to include account management and data entry
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
Work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Agriculture or Agronomy background
