Who we are looking for . . .

We are on the search for a highly motivated individuals to fill full-time (includes weekends/evenings) Customer Service Representative positions to provide excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and team members. If you enjoy speaking and helping people over the phone in providing solutions with our machines and cleaning solutions, and are ready to make a difference in customer service, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing (not all inclusive) . . .

Working in a open call center environment your role will be to support Rug Doctor customers, stores, and team members with all their Rug Doctor requests and inquires. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to work shifts within our business hours, Monday-Friday, 6:30a to midnight and weekends 8:00a to midnight
  • Excellent phone ediqutte to answer inbound phone calls from consumers, store personnel, and fellow team members
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work with consumers to resolve inquiries around how to rent and use Rug Doctor products
  • Assisting our 350+ U.S. and Canada field team members that need assistance from the corporate office
  • Ability to adapt to change based on coaching/feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Make outbound calls in contacting stores, prior renters, and coordinate the return of lost/unreturned machines


Experience Wed Like to See

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and by email
  • Have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge in operating a computer
  • Good attendance & being on time
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extended work days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as requested
  • Ability to work Holidays

Starting base salary is $ 15.50 hourly plus an attractive monthly bonus program based on meeting performance targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Respond to incoming calls efficiently and effectively * Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily to ensure excellent customer experience * Answer general questions from patients with courtesy and patience * Confirm, cancel and reschedule appointments as necessary * Follow up with patients to collect insurance and/or appointment information * Field patient concerns and escalate to Call Center Management for appropriate follow-through Required Qualifications: Required Skills: * Excellent customer service * High school diploma or GED * Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, and web browsers. * Computer literate and confident learning new software systems * Ability to type 35 WPM, accuracy and data entry * Ability to handle multiple inbound calls in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask and navigate several systems at the same time * Professional and confidential work ethic, strong attendance and a positive attitude * Team player Preferred Skills: v At least two years' customer/sales experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, preferably in the dental, medical or insurance industry v Bilingual (English and Spanish) Smile Brands Plano TX
