Customer Service Representative

As you consider applying for the Customer Service Representative role, ask yourself if you are ready to take on these responsibilities: Demonstrate the power of providing premier customer service to every customer who walks through our doors and via the phone.

Build relationships with other team members and strengthen store operations. Network, gain referrals, and educate staff on the rental process. Maintain accurate records and work with customers to bring expired accounts up to date.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least 19 years of age

  • Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
