Employment Specifications:

Call center based in Newark, NJ running on North American Eastern Standard Time.

Pay based on hourly rate.

100% Remote Job

Bi-monthly for compensation and paid out on 1st and 15th of the month.

Combined 1 hour of breaks incorporated into shift, including a half an hour meal break.

Agent is member of Client Success Department, supervised by a manager and director.

Cloud based monitoring is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Speak with customers directly over the phone using a headset.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints, and manage customer accounts.

- Write emails, create tasks, review and resolve tickets.

- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.

- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

Requirements

2-3 years of Customer Service experience for an English language call center.
Full fluency in the English language and conversation.
Dedicated workspace at home and equipment with the following specifications:
Excellent knowledge of Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be residing outside the US

Good to have:

Previous experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9
Previous work with US consumers as a Customer Service Representative, especially in the financial or credit related industries.
Work from home experience
Bilingual skills (Spanish & English)

Responsibilities GENERAL SUMMARY: Expected to respond to all inquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner, public-service oriented and understand the needs and work effectively with persons with disabilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to inbound call inquiries related to consumer budgets, service authorization, program guidelines, withholding and tax forms, program enrollment, workers compensation requirements, invoice and timesheet processing status, and family friendly report, within standard PPL performance metrics. * Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts. * Meet quality assurance standards as applicable to program. * Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions. * Enter and monitor support ticket information into PPL Portal Respond to assigned support tickets in Portal, and coordinate activities with other project staff. * Perform administrative functions e.g.: pended timesheet reporting, mail distribution, document verification, document management, time sheet verification. * Data entry and update payroll; accounts payable account information as assigned. Maintain Effective Working Relationship with Financial Operations Center (FOC) Staff. * Communicate with FOC staff on regular basis, providing direction to support tickets containing updated information on how to respond to customer questions. * Enter manual timesheet and agency invoice information into automated financial management system as assigned. * Identify documentation issues and report to supervisor. (Other duties may be assigned as appropriate and necessary).
