Customer Service Representative Pay range: $25-$28hr depending on experience 1st shift You’ll be the go-to person for our customers—answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, and Accounting, to provide seamless support.
Your ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success. What You’ll Do Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email Process customer orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet requirements Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions Build strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies Proactively engage customers to foster long-term partnerships What We’re Looking For Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong phone and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills Ability to adapt to different personalities and problem-solve effectively Experience with Visibility ERP and Fresh Desk is a plus Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving setting Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to go the extra mile for customers Education: Associate (Preferred) Work Location: In person
