ID Technology, Fresno, CA seeks an experienced, positive individual who will contribute to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations. This position receives and processes to completion customer inquiries, orders and concerns. An ability to blend excellent communication skills with organizational and detail orientations are keys to success.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this important role, you will:

  • Process, track & expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy

  • Address shipment & delivery inquiries

  • Conduct phone work with clients, internal sales and service representatives

  • Enter and manage data in software system

  • Follow up as appropriate, internally and externally, providing excellent communication and service

  • Maintain excellent records

  • Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes

  • Coordinate special project tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Two year degree or relevant certification preferred

  • Experience in sales &/or customer service

  • Ability to understand customers' needs & relate to production processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills

  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills

  • Must be computer literate

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Must maintain a positive attitude

  • Excellent project coordination skills
