Job Description:

Provides a high level of professional customer service to incoming telephone callers, online customer inquiries, customer email requests, and provides timely responses to all lessees, dealers, and internal staff. Makes appropriate changes to accounts based on requests from lessees, dealers, and internal staff; documents telephone conversations and relevant changes. Calculates buyout quotes and refers to other departments for assistance when needed. Documents all correspondence and relevant information.


  • Answers incoming telephone calls from lessees, dealers, and internal staff. Refers questions to other departments as needed.

  • Documents all telephone calls and conversations to ensure all necessary account information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Documents and makes changes to accounts.

  • Calculates buyout quotes by determining the amount needed to terminate an account.

  • Performs and answers any questions regarding address changes, reconciling account issues, buyout quotes, property tax questions, invoices, termination dates, miscellaneous charges on accounts and contract details.

  • Maintains accurate and detailed information at all times especially when calculating buyout quotes.

  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Outstanding customer service skills including consistent politeness, patience, and a calm, positive demeanor.

  • Outstanding typing and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members and other departments.

  • Perform data entry with extreme accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, and a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to retain a high number of different processes.

  • Knowledge of flow of leasing business, department roles and requirements.

  • Become accustom to all information available in core systems. Information and fields driven from origination to completion of a contract.
