Do it for you, me & our Team   Responsibilities Our Customer Care / Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sale inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts Manage administrative requests and tasks Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner Deliver accurate service and promotional information Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines Assist in scheduling of service routes Produce accurate and timely reports Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy What We're Looking For: We are seeking a client-facing customer service professional with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer service experience.
