We are looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant- Order Entry Clerk, Customer Service Representative & Reception who will be responsible for heavy data entry, processing orders, reception, customer service and general office duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
This is an office position candidates must be comfortable answering phone calls and speaking directly to clients. Hours: 7am
4 pm Monday
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reception: Handling customers and taking orders over the phone & customer walk-ins in a fast paced environment, processing orders from our sales team, placing orders via fax, checking and replying to emails, having a general understanding of our products and our customers needs.
Relies heavily on data entry, reception & customer service.
Check fax machine for orders and enter into the database accordingly.
Enter orders efficiently and address any inquiries
Transcribe orders from voicemail to system
Must have knowledge of MS Office Suite to create specific reports, compiling and sorting information and spreadsheets
Perform a variety of general office
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
