Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A Customer Service Representative position is a key customer service position within the company. This position provides a variety of duties to include introducing bank products and services to customers, participating in the sales program, processing debit and credit transactions and assisting with customer relation issues.
Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Take applications and pull proper reports for branch manager
Handle daily/monthly closeout operations
Assist with collection activity and make proper calls designated by branch manager
Open the office and have lobby ready to welcome customers at 9am
Help staff maintain and organize CIP Program
Will be the BSA representative for branch, this will include BSA training (at least annual) offered through the bank. More frequent and/or specific training may be required, depending on job responsibilities. Perform job responsibilities to ensure the bank's compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures, which include detecting potential suspicious activity and reporting such activity to the BSA Officer and may include gathering and entering data into systems for monitoring and reporting.
Will assist the branch manager in all aspects of day-to-day duties
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
2-3 years of cash handling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent balancing record
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
