SUMMARY This CUSTOMER SERVICE REPESENTATIVE will accept orders from business/customers regarding company products. This position is an opportunity to help customers and gain addition experience in a customer service support role.
This customer service representative will include interactions with customers mainly via email, but some over the phone communication. RPOSITION DETAILS Accepts orders from businesses regarding company products Enters order details into the system Provides pricing to customers Assists in setting up billing options for customers Reviews orders to ensure accuracy Discusses available inventory and makes purchase recommendations Cross-sells products based on customer needs Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction For immediate consideration, email resume to:
REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of Customer Service, Order Entry, or other related experience Advanced typing and data entry skills required Experience working with pricing and billing Ability to learn new information and new software systems Strong communication skills and a history of excellent customer service preferred Experience using SAP is a plus!
