Description: - First line to clients calling in requesting support; will create call-back tickets for support - answer heavy volume of calls a day, (100 calls) - directing calls to appropriate team member Requirements:
- professionally communicate via phone to clients, potential clients and employees - customer service experience; support ticket experience would be a huge plus - professional demeanor - clients may call in upset, pushy because can't get their network up and running; will advise them that they will get a call back from support team
