OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced customer service representative to assist a fast paced company for a temporary assignment. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing advanced levels of customer service to facilitate the distribution of a product. The Customer Service Representative will be handling a large variety of tasks such as data entry, answering questions, research, thorough documentation, problem solving, and conflict resolution. This role requires high levels of accuracy while maintaining a steady level of organization and prioritization. The customer Service Representative must work diligently to answer questions, document transactions, follow up with clients, and solve problems.
Previous experience in administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office
