Seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. The customer service representative will be responsible for keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customers' service or other related complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
